Do I have to make a reservation at this hotel?
The Rachavadee beach resort is located on a more secluded part of Ban Krut beach in Prachuab Kiri Khan province, so we strongly advice that you always book your favorite beach front bungalow, garden view bungalow, pool side family bungalow or set of family suite bungalows, before you travel the long road to Bang Krut. Nothing is worse than having to disappoint and turn away guests that read about the magnificent Ban Krut beach on the internet first and forgot to book a bungalow. It does not happen too often that the Rachavedee Resort is fully booked during weekdays, but during weekends and especially during the many long weekends, all of our bungalows tend to be fully booked weeks in advance. Besides that: we will always try to reserve a nicer bungalow for the guests that book in advance, while someone that walks in will be offered what is leftover. Having a confirmed booking will also ensure that we will be prepared for your arrival and ready to pick you up from the bus station, the market, the Phetkasem highway stop for the hourly bus from Bangkok to Ban Saphan, or at the train station in Ban Krut village.Why book with us?

Usually not longer than 18 hours after we receive your reservation via our resort booking form we will send a confirmation with in it a request for the required deposit, which can be paid by international bank transfer or via Credit Card online for overseas persons or via ATM, Paysbuy.com account, bank deposit or mobile banking for Thailand based individuals or businesses.
A few days after we receive the deposit, we will send you a voucher via e-mail with a confirmation of all booking details and the paid deposit. Please note that remaining amount is due upon arrival and in cash. At this time there is no credit card machine in the resort.
Due to their generic appearance, both our confirmations as well as the vouchers have a tendency to easily end up in spamboxes and other types of e-mail filters. Please make certain that the e-mail address reservations@rachavadeebeachresort.com is in your safe-list / white list / contact list and please also include your mobile number with the reservation, so that we can attempt to contact you by sms message if there are any problems with getting trough to you by e-mail.
