Toyota Commuter D4D airport vanThe peaceful beach town of Bankrut is located about 380 Km. south of the Thai capitol Bangkok. To make the journey from Bangkok to Bankrut or from Hua Hin, Cha-am Chumpon, Krabi, Koh Tao, Surat Thani to Bankrut the safest and quickest, please consider below options.

From Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)

Siam Resort Group Bangkok Airport Limousines & vans are available at the airport. These so-called limousines are in fact nicer Toyota Camry sedans with friendly English speaking, very experienced & safe driving chauffeurs. These airport taxi's are most suitable for 2 persons with luggage. The current rate for a one way transfer from Suvarnabhumi airport to Ban Krut / Ban Saphan is 4400 baht. This rate includes toll for express- and tollways and all taxes. The ride will take between 5 and 6 hours, depending on traffic and number of stops along the way. Although there usually is one of these limousines on standby at the airport we strongly recommend to always book in advance to prevent disappointment after an exhausting flight of 12+ hours and the sometimes even longer journey before that..

Public Bus from Bangkok to Bang Saphan that stops on request in Ban KrutStandard taxi: If you or your partner speaks Thai and knows how to get to the Rachavadee resort, you might be able to get a lower fare from one of the private taxi's at the taxi stand at Bangkok's international airport. Not many drivers will be willing to go (as there is a very slim chance of a return fare to Bangkok) and most likely none of them will know their way about after they pass Hua Hin. Some of these taxi drivers are also famous for their extra stops at Gem shops, Tailors or other businesses that offer small rewards or commissions...
